This program brings an extensive network of highly-qualified diverse board candidates to our private equity members.  

This program is not designed to fill immediate board positions, but rather to introduce you to talent so that when the next Board positions do become available, your candidate network is more diverse.

The timeline from the moment we receive your qualifications to receiving Board candidate resumes is 5 weeks.

This is a no-cost program for Invest Ahead members. All we ask is that you provide 10 minutes of candid feedback to candidates at the end of each interview, and let us know who you have chosen to include in your candidate network going forward.
