Program Overview

This program brings Invest Ahead’s extensive network of highly-qualified diverse board candidates to our private equity members.  

This program is not designed to fill immediate board positions, but rather to introduce you to talent so that you can build a strong network of diverse board candidates to reach out to when Board positions do become available.

The timeline from the moment we receive your qualifications to receiving Board candidate resumes is 5 weeks.

This is a no-cost program for Invest Ahead members. All we ask is that you provide 10 minutes of candid feedback to candidates at the end of each interview, and let us know who you have chosen to include in your candidate network going forward.
