Hear from California State Controller Malia M. Cohen on the post-election investing and engagement landscape. Cohen sits on the boards of CalPERS and CalSTRS, and is the former President of SFERS. Moderated by CNBC's Michelle Caruso-Cabrera.

A fully interactive discussion with all participants about how we will achieve board diversity disclosure by 2026. Includes a debrief of our efforts with the SEC and at the state level.
2:30 PM - 4:30 PM Closed-Door Committee Meetings: INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS
In this session, we'll provide policy and decision-useful tools, unveil a new proxy-voting guideline resource, and conduct an interactive engagement training, led by Segal Marco.

A panel will follow: The Next Frontier of Engagement.  This is a candid discussion about how investors are conducting conversations with companies who have withdrawn from DEI commitments, and more.
